The following report shows utilization of services by geography (rate of Knee Arthroscopy per thousand people in the area) as well as average facility payments for the top 20 volume facilities and average payments for the top 20 volume counties for Knee Arthroscopy.
(Note: Costs only include the costs billed by the facility from any submitter of claims in the Colorado APCD and are not inclusive of the additional, separately billed professional services that can accompany a procedure.) Facilities are currently anonymous.
County-level data represents location of residence of the people receiving Knee Arthroscopy, not the location where the services were received. All data comes directly from the Colorado All Payer Claims Database. Knee Arthroscopy is determined by CPT codes 29871, 29873, 29874, 29875, 29876, 29877, 29879, 29880, 29881, 29882, 29883, 29884, 29885, 29886, 29887, 29888, and 29889.
