Background: This state agency requested a prior coverage analysis report.

Goal: Evaluate prior coverage analysis, de-identified and aggregated by payer, which depicts measures of data quantity (number of members, number of claim lines, number and types of unique encounters) submitted by other payers for members enrolled with Medicaid as of the first quarter of SFY2013.

Data Analyzed: 2012 Medicaid clients, with prior Commercial coverage and 2012 Medicaid clients, with prior Medicaid coverage
