This analysis presents the number and count of deliveries and births that occurred between 2014-2018 for Commercially insured and Medicaid insured members in the Colorado All-Payer Claims Database. It also describes overall trends in the number of newborns who were in the NICU, had low birth weight or were premature/preterm. The purpose of the report is to describe health outcomes of newborns.
