The All-Payer Claims Database Council has provided comments to Section 10332 of 42 Part CFR 401, CMS-5059-F, RIN 0938-AQ17, “Medicare Program; Availability of Medicare Data for Performance Measurement” which was released the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) on December 5, 2011 (http://www.ofr.gov/OFRUpload/OFRData/2011-31232_PI.pdf). Comments, which can be viewed here, are intended to assist states with current or future APCD efforts in understanding the utility of these data in state APCD efforts. [December 15, 2011]

The APCD Council submitted the following comments regarding the Proposed Rule for Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act; Standards Related to Reinsurance, Risk Corridors and Risk Adjustment (CMS-9975-P) to CMS on Wednesday, September 28, 2011.
